  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy. Add the pecans to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the egg white.
  4. Transfer the coated pecans to the bowl with the sugar and spice mixture. Toss until the pecans are well coated.
  5. Spread the pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
