Strawberries are actually not true berries, but rather an aggregate fruit, meaning they are formed from multiple ovaries of a single flower.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a square baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

Press two-thirds of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mash the strawberries with a fork. Stir in chia seeds and lemon juice.

Spread the strawberry mixture over the oat layer in the baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the strawberry layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes.

Cut into bars and serve.
