Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine oats, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract, and mix well.

Pour the banana mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
