Boil water in a large pot and blanch the cabbage leaves for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix cooked rice, carrots, cucumber, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and sesame seeds.

Take a cabbage leaf, place a spoonful of the rice mixture in the center, and roll it up tightly.

Repeat with the remaining cabbage leaves and rice mixture.

Steam the cabbage rolls for 20 minutes.

Serve the ssambap with kimchi on the side.
