Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor.

In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 12 portions and shape each portion into a ball.

Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Mix the red and blue food coloring together to create purple. Use a toothpick to add a small amount of purple food coloring to each indentation, creating the iris of the eyeballs.
