  2. Cut off the top of each tomato and scoop out the pulp and seeds.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Fill each tomato cup with the spicy mixture.
  6. Place the filled tomato cups on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
