Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute until golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add chopped okra and jalapenos. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are cooked but still retain their crunch.

Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
