  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add gluten-free breadcrumbs, fresh cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Preheat the grill or oven to medium heat.
