  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan and add minced garlic.
  4. Add broccoli and red bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to the pan and continue stir-frying for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
