Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes, green chili, and spices (turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt).

Cook until tomatoes are soft and oil starts to separate.

Add the potatoes and mix well.

Cover and cook on low heat until the potatoes are tender.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
