Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add leeks and sauté until softened.

Add potatoes, lentils, vegetable broth, cumin, coriander, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes and lentils are tender.

Use an immersion blender to blend the soup until smooth.

Stir in fresh cilantro and lemon juice.

Let the soup rest for 5 minutes before serving.
