Tofu meatballs are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional meatballs, packed with plant-based protein and flavor.

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, crumble the tofu using your hands.

Add the bread crumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the tofu meatballs with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan.
