  3. In a bowl, combine black beans, corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, diced jalapeno pepper, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and salt.
  4. Mash the avocado in a separate bowl.
  5. Grill or toast the baguette slices until lightly browned.
  6. Spread mashed avocado on each slice.
  7. Top with the black bean and corn mixture.
  8. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes.
  9. Drizzle with olive oil.
  10. Serve immediately.
