Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas.

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.

Dice the red bell pepper and chop the cilantro.

Spread the southwest lime hummus onto each whole wheat tortilla.

Top with diced red bell pepper and chopped cilantro.
