Add onion, garlic, ginger, and red chili. Sauté until onion is translucent.

Add curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Stir well.

Add potatoes, carrots, cauliflower florets, and green beans. Mix well.

Pour in coconut milk and vegetable broth. Season with salt and black pepper.

Cover the pan and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
