Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food made from fermented soybeans and is a good source of plant-based protein.

Cut the tempeh into small cubes.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the tempeh cubes and cook until golden brown.

Pour the sauce mixture over the tempeh and stir well.

Add water and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Garnish with chopped green onions and red chili flakes.
