  1. Wash and scrub the red potatoes.
  2. Cut the potatoes into quarters.
  3. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Drain the potatoes and let them cool for a few minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Add the cooked potatoes to the bowl and toss until all the potatoes are coated with the seasoning mixture.
  8. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
