Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into cubes.

Heat cooking oil in a large pot and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.

Add the bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in the tomato paste and paprika powder.

Add the tofu cubes and vegetable broth. Season with salt and black pepper.
