Cook the orechiette pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the edamame to the skillet and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until heated through.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Drizzle with soy sauce and toss again.

Sprinkle sesame seeds, chopped green onions, and red pepper flakes over the pasta.
