In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add water while mixing until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.

Roll out each portion into a thin circle or oval shape.

Brush the surface of each flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Heat a grill or non-stick pan over medium heat.

Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
