  2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add Chinese chives and bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add cooked yakisoba noodles to the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and salt. Pour the mixture over the noodles and vegetables, and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
