  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together semolina, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and turmeric powder.
  3. Add vegetable oil, almond milk, and rosewater to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and smooth the top.
  5. Sprinkle pine nuts and sesame seeds on top of the batter.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let it cool completely before serving.
