Scrambled Tofu
Scrambled tofu is a popular vegan alternative to scrambled eggs and is often used as a filling for breakfast burritos or sandwiches.

Press the tofu to remove excess water.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the pan and sauté until softened.

Crumble the tofu into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, black salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine.

Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Garnish with fresh cilantro.

Serve hot.
