Sauteed Winter Squash With Swiss Chard, Red Quinoa and Aleppo Pepper

Cook the red quinoa according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add winter squash and sauté until tender.

Add swiss chard and cook until wilted.

Add cooked red quinoa, Aleppo pepper, vegetable broth, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
