Wash the greens thoroughly under running water.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the greens to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper.

Sautee for 5-7 minutes until the greens are wilted and tender.

Serve hot as a side dish or over rice or pasta.
