Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Remove the husks and silk from the corn ears.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, creole seasoning, parsley, lime juice, and salt.

Brush the corn ears with the mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.

Place the corn ears on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the corn is tender and slightly charred.

Remove from the oven and let the corn rest for 5 minutes.
