  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until they are browned and crispy.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine the dried cranberries, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries are plump and the glaze has thickened.
  6. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle the cranberry glaze over them.
