  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, blend the baby carrots until finely chopped.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chopped walnuts to the dry mixture. Mix well.
  5. Fold in the blended baby carrots and raisins.
  6. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Allow the bars to cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
