Cut the Roma tomatoes in half lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet.

Slice the garlic cloves and distribute them over the tomatoes.

Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes and garlic.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the tomatoes.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
