Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut the red bell peppers in half, remove the seeds and place them on a baking sheet.

Drizzle the peppers with olive oil and roast them in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the skins are charred and blistered.

Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool slightly. Peel off the skins and discard.

In a blender or food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
