  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Place the red bell peppers on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the skins are charred.
  3. Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool. Once cool, remove the charred skins, seeds, and stems.
  4. In a blender or food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, garlic cloves, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
