Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

Place the whole red bell peppers on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes, or until the skins are charred and blistered.

Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool. Once cool, peel off the skins, remove the seeds, and roughly chop the flesh.

In a food processor or blender, combine the roasted red peppers, garlic cloves, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
