  3. Place the figs on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Roast the figs in the oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the port wine and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until the liquid has reduced by half, about 10 minutes.
  6. Remove the figs from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  7. Arrange the roasted figs on a serving plate and sprinkle with mixed nuts.
  8. Drizzle the port reduction over the figs and nuts.
  9. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  10. Allow the flavors to meld for 5 minutes before serving.
