Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cut the cauliflower into florets.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the seasoning mixture.

Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned.
