Cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.

Cut the squash into cubes and place them on a baking sheet.

Drizzle olive oil over the squash cubes and season with salt, black pepper, and ground cinnamon.

Toss the squash cubes until they are evenly coated with the oil and spices.

Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the squash is tender and caramelized.
