  4. In a food processor, add the cooked lentils, garlic cloves, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, and salt.
  5. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach the desired consistency.
  6. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  7. Transfer the red lentil hummus to a serving dish.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
  9. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
