  3. Add raw sugar, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
