Raw Sugar Banana Bread
Banana bread became popular during the Great Depression in the United States when resourceful home cooks found ways to use overripe bananas instead of wasting them.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 75 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.

Add raw sugar, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Transfer the banana bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
