Raspberry Oat Bars
Raspberries are rich in antioxidants and are known to have numerous health benefits, including boosting the immune system and improving heart health.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix oats, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.

Spread raspberries evenly over the oat mixture.

Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top of the raspberries.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
