  2. Cook the basmati rice separately.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  4. Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chili. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  6. Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  7. Add cooked kidney beans and mix properly.
  8. Add water and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot with basmati rice.
