In a mixing bowl, combine the quinoa, oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

Add the coconut oil and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
