Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine quinoa, oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature.
