In a saucepan, cook quinoa and wild rice according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, chop the carrots, cucumber, red bell pepper, green onions, and fresh cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
