  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic cloves. Cook until onion becomes translucent.
  3. Add diced bell peppers and grated carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Add canned kidney beans, canned black beans, and canned diced tomatoes (with their juice). Stir well.
  6. Add water and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
