Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.

Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, snow peas, and mushrooms. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir fry for another 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
