Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the canned baked beans, diced onion, diced green bell pepper, ketchup, brown sugar, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Lay the bacon slices on top of the bean mixture.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
