Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the red bell peppers on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the skins are charred.

Remove the peppers from the oven and let cool. Once cool enough to handle, peel off the charred skins and remove the seeds.

In a food processor or blender, combine the roasted red peppers, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
