  2. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Add canned kidney beans, canned black beans, and canned diced tomatoes (with their juices). Stir to combine.
  5. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
