Peel and mash the ripe plantains.

In a bowl, combine the mashed plantains, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and coconut milk. Mix well to form a thick batter.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or pot.

Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.

Remove the puffs from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
