Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Wash and chop the spinach, parsley, cilantro, dill, and green onions.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and add baking powder, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the chopped vegetables to the egg mixture and mix until well combined.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Pour the vegetable and egg mixture into the skillet and spread it evenly.

Cook for about 5 minutes until the bottom is set.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
