  2. In a blender, add roasted peanuts, garlic, green chilies, tamarind pulp, salt, and water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds.
  4. Pour the blended peanut mixture into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  6. Serve peanut chutney as a condiment or side dish with dosa, idli, or any other Indian snack.
